311 call center

I would like some basic call center performance metrics. I would like the total number of calls from 2016 thru the present. I would like the number of call transferred, the number of call that generated a request and to which department the request was issued. A couple of performance metrics like average waiting time for call to be answered, the average time of each call and the number of calls that drop from the queue.
